It is no secret that the Hatchet franchise has been an important part of my life. The friendships and stories that came out of that experience will never leave me. I blogged about my friend, BJ McDonnell, a few years ago after the announcement came through the wires that he is the director for Hatchet 3. It’s been quite a journey and I’m happy to share a few links with you all.
The franchise’s creator, Adam Green, had some nice things to say about me and the gang in this blog that shares a few of the stills that I took during some Los Angeles pick-ups on the film. As badly as I wanted to join BJ and company in the swamps of Louisiana, I was unavailable. My schedule was also crazy when they were local, but I ventured over to the ArieScope offices where they were shooting for a few hours and brought my 5D with me to grab a couple stills while I hung out with old friends.
I cannot wait to see the movie. As you can see from the trailer/clip above, the film is going to be awesome! Be sure to catch it on June 14th…
