The epic horror anthology “Chillerama” from Directors Adam Rifkin, Tim Sullivan, Adam Green, and Joe Lynch will make its European Premiere at the 12th annual FrightFest UK on Saturday August 27th at 11:30pm. The popular fest is located in the heart of London’s West End at the Empire Cinema.
The film stars Ray Wise, Joel David Moore, Lin Shaye, Richard Riehle, and Kane Hodder.
I was 2nd unit director of photography for Lynch’s contribution to the film entitled, “Zom B Movie.” It is one of the funniest and most disturbing scripts that I’ve ever read. I primarily worked with 2nd unit director Jason R. Miller, but over the course of production I also paired off with Jon Knautz and Adam Green. On the pick-ups in April, I spent some time with the writer/director Joe Lynch as well.
Aside from typical B-unit work cleaning up scenes, Jason and I had the pleasure of shooting Lynch’s gloriously disgusting opening to the entire “Chillerama” movie. I saw a rough cut of our intro and I’m very pleased with it. I can’t wait to see the entire film as it was a blast to make. An announcement for an LA premiere is moments away and I’m hoping that it takes place at our main location, the Vineland Drive-In. SPOILER ALERT: this is by no means insider information…just wishful thinking.

Those living in the US are in luck, as Image Entertainment just acquired the rights to distribute the film to theaters this fall according to the Ariescope blog. Stay tuned for more details!
