It finally happened; the strikes are over!
To commemorate the occasion, I’m excited to share an updated montage reel. I’ve also assembled Commercial and Narrative reels with the hopes of attracting more of both types of media (specifically features). All three include footage captured with my recently acquired ARRI Alexa 35.
I’ve long affectionately called this my “ADD Reel” as it moves very quickly through many types of projects. In contrast, I enjoyed cutting the other reels as they breathe a lot more.
I’m surprised to admit that I hadn’t updated my narrative reel since I first uploaded a version on July 6, 2013. As you can imagine, much has changed since then. Nevertheless, there are quite a few clips that I still love from that era and they remain in the edit.
The Commercial reel is the most straightforward of the bunch, but I made some edits after 5:15 to give a nice combination of unabridged spots as well as extended clips from others.
I look forward to hearing your feedback and hope work picks up with a vengeance for everyone!
